Payment options :-      

· All bookings must be supported by a valid credit card that must be produced on the day of check in.

· A Rental Security Bond is also charged during the stay, which is fully refundable once we are happy with the checking out report, usually within 5 working days.

· We have a No Vaccination No Booking Policy for Dog owners, and the dog/s must be Tick & Flea treated prior to their stay/visit. This means your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit + the copies of your pets C3 or C5 annual (or 3 yearly) injections. We like to protect all our doggie visitors.

· Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum booking period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner first.

· Public holiday long weekends or regular 3 nts stays are already worked out at a special price of 10% less than our normal full rate.

· We do not inflate out prices during School holidays or Concert weekends

· All prices include 10% GST
